How to make Paper Mache...

I have spent   'more than a little time' over the last few days,  seeking...    I have not found what I am looking for.    I dont want 'this is how you can do this'...    I want to find,   'this is the different ways to make paper mache, this is how use the different types, and this is what the pros and cons are of these'...

I looked in the likely places, and on the Instructables site, and didnt find it...

help...

regards...

dnorm

ps.    pls dont think me rude to  'cut you off'   ...   I am Not seeking a specific solution for a given application...    I am seeking a website which provides a very broad ,    and   in depth,   description and understanding of the versatility of the craft.

in spite of that...    any response is most welcome, truly...

I have learned so much on Jonni's UltimatePaperMache.com! She is very talented and so generous with information. Try it - you'll like it!

I don't guess we really understand what you're asking. There are countless sites on the internet that will answer almost any questions you have about paper mache. Pros and cons are really up to the individual working with the mache. You may need to buy a book to get all the info you're looking for. Happy hunting!

Thanks, Kiteman,

i spent 'a bit of time' exploring here and did not find the broader understanding I was seeking...

canucksgirl, my 'quick search' did not reveal to me the site you did. I thank you.

Dan... same site canucks gurl gave to me, but your own as well... I dont think I am so interested in the 'pulp' side of it til later... I will check out all referrals and post an update...

I thank you all SO Much...

Joni's Ultimate Paper Mache site is indeed the ultimate source for information regarding the "mashed paper" (she makes "paper clay") type of paper mache. I must plug my own site for the flour and water paste, newspaper strip (and a few other modifications of the theme) paper mache. Please visit, http://www.GourmetPaperMache.com, or my blog, http://www.PaperMacheBlog.com.
Good luck.
With a quick Google search, I found a website called Ultimate Paper Mache. The author has 50 years experience, and discusses many recipes in detail.

First thing - search this site. There are several projects using different forms of papier mache for different tasks.
