Step 1: Inspiration

You can catch Lady Gaga on the red carpet or at an event sporting the cowl hood.

Step 2: Make Cowl Neck Hood

1. Cut the fabric to 45" x 35".

2. Fold the fabric in half on the 45" side so it is now 22.5"x35"

3. Sew the two 35" sides together.

4. Turn it inside out so the seam is on the inside. The fabric should look like a tube.

Step 3: How to Put Hood On

The fabric is in the shape of a tube so it has two openings. Place one end of the tube over your head over your head and peek your head out the other end of the tube.

The fabric will bunch up and drape around your neck. Pull the edge of the fabric back up over your head so it sits on your forehead.
