LaundryBot eliminates arguably the most tedious and monotonous step in laundry: the folding! All you need to do is load up the removable laundry basket with you clean cloths and let LaundryBot do the work. LaundryBot features an advance optical analysis system located in an enclosed, one-way plastic, 360 degree view housing at the top of the main body shaft. This technology allows for advanced analysis of your clothing to produce the correct procedure for folding you clothes. The most impressive feature of this robot are the arms. With fully pose-able hands, fingers, and arms placed 120 degrees apart for optimal functionality, LaundryBot can manipulate your items with ease. The shoulder mechanism uses an electromagnet run on a lead screw within the metal body shaft. This experimental technology moves the entire should mechanism with the precision of the lead screw inside all while providing a sleek, modern look on the outside that also limits the area for entanglement or harm to small children's fingers. Around LaundryBot's waist are the removable laundry basket and rack, a table for the placement of folded clothes, and a mechanized folding table. This folding table allows for Laundry bot to position simple articles of clothing on the table and let the actuated table fold it. LaundryBot then transfers the folded clothes to the table and returns to the laundry basket for more clothes. LaundryBot has a the possibility of user friendly functionality options including voice commands or doers from your mobile device as well as friendly calls through its on board speaker when your clothes have been folded.
