Hahaha! In reality cupcakes and muffins usually have subtle differences, sometimes oil instead of butter in muffins, different mixing times, muffins are more quick breads while cupcakes are mini cakes. Since I'm not sure the base Sweet Tomatoes uses, I went with a favorite cupcake recipe...BUT I did enjoy them for breakfast and felt ok calling them muffins then! I tried a couple minis warm from the oven, and the rest room temperature, liked them both ways. I didn't feel the need to go out of my way to reheat them, and served them room temp. at a football watch party, but that may be up to you!

I totally agree, the extra I have from jam making get frozen, and then I always buy extra because I fear I didn't freeze enough! Let me know how your jam turns out!
