I cut the wedges at a couple of degree angle, with the grain, I make them long and a bit extra thick and the cut the wedge at the correct thickness. Bandsaw works but a hand say can be used. No one will see it.
I like that idea. Even cheaper when the paper is free. I used to print them on the hotel printer when stayind at a mide rate hotel.
Do you use dead soft or half hard copper wire?

I use Hock Blade and I normally use the Krenov style They are made for Q2 steel and very high quality
I just came back from a cardboard run, I talked to the supervisor at a housing tract construction site. I arranged to be there when the installation team removed the cabinets from the boxes They tossed the boxes out the front of the house and I cut what I wanted and threw the reat in the dumpster. Got enough for two ponies. They saved time not breaking down boxes.

No harm, no foal and lord knows I have bought my share of flowers to cover some clever remark I made. So which pony will you be making?
I went back and fixed the problem. That's the problem with dyslexia is that if the misspelled word is a real word you doesn't get caught by the spell checker. I believe you were being flip when bringing up this mistake but people who create do not like to be publicly corrected by people who edit, I spent a good week developing this idea. In the future it would be more appropriate to sent a private message when you find an error.

I would just take rasp and start removing wood. Start be rasping off 45 degrees from the hard corner the soften the corner until it is round . You might make a pattern out of cardboard do you can measure your progress.
I use the screw to get the bench to sit level on a flat surface. Just adjust the screws so the bench is level in both directions. Then I take a pencil on a block of wood and mark a line on each leg. Cut of the legs at these lines and you bench now will sit level. Clear?
You can remove zinc plating by soaking the nut in white vinegar.
Muriatic acid is available anywhere that sells pool supplies. It is also used by Masons to clean bricks,The 4" pip took about a gallon. A 3" pipe would take less than half of that.
