Make Your Own High Quality CO2 Lasercutter! With Touch Control!
Thanks for the comment and glad you are interested in exploring the use of ultrasonics for fog. However, a unit like the one you sent the link to will not produce enough atomized moisture to produce fog that you can blow into a space. If you are lucky you should be able to fill a container with a small amount of fog. Which might be OK if you want to create a mini cauldron filled with fog.Good luck - let me know the outcome.

How does a check valve solve the problem? CO2 escapes the bottle via the same path as dispensing soda does. And CO2 build up in a normal soda bottle produces a fair amount of pressure. This project is for FUN, I know, so its not a big deal, but it just really can't be considered for a 'permanent' installation.
Voice Control of a Ceiling Fan With Alexa
Neat idea! But I have one concern... Since the bottle is open to the atmosphere (dispense tube) the soda will go flat won't it?To take care of that problem you would have to have two solenoid valves for each bottle - one in the air line and the other in the dispense tube. Unfortunately I think that over complicates things.

Very well done instructable! Excellent photos. I like your foresight of having the back up power source jack - a very nice touch!I reiterate the previous comments regarding the rating of the reed switch: Your solenoid draws 1.3 amps, and reed switches are typically intended for sensing (low voltage and current) applications; usually under a 1/2 amp. (Of the 530 reed switches on Digi-Key; 83% were rated a 1/2 amp or less) so there is some concern that the reed switch is not rated high enough to carry the current involved which can lead to premature failure. The style of switch shown is typical for burglar alarm systems and would only have to carry milliamps of current; I noticed that the vendor's description of the switch did not carry any electrical ratings which is another indicati...see more »Very well done instructable! The style of switch shown is typical for burglar alarm systems and would only have to carry milliamps of current; I noticed that the vendor's description of the switch did not carry any electrical ratings which is another indication that the rating is probably low. So a word to the wise, you might want to consider replacing the reed switch with one with known ratings or use it to switch the coil of a relay that would then handle the solenoids current, as others have indicated. I'd hate for the system to fail and permanently lock your valuables in the drawer :-).

Nice instructable. Not to be negative, but the Instructables site is to post how to make things you created. First, this instructable is about a Stirling Cycle Engine, not a hot water creating machine. This device will not 'reheat' water like you state it does. Stirling engines use heat to produce mechanical motion, not the other way around.Second, it appears that all the photos in this instructable are screen shots of the video, that's OK if its your video. However, you are located in Malaysia and the video was shot by 'myfordboy' located in the UK.You went to considerable effort to create this instructable and this is great. Next time I would suggest making an instructable of something original you have created. It will be more fun and rewarding!Good luck and keep making things!

For a bike, you can extend the 3/4" tube so you have sufficient exposed length next to the Reducer so you can clamp it to the handle bars. Then replace the rigid 1/2" CPVC with a flexible tube. Blow on the tube and clear the road! Thanks for commenting!
This link shows rotomolding using thermoplastics, but the unit described in this 'ible could not go in an oven, so it is intended to rotate molds that are filled with casting resin. The rotation coats the inside of the mold with the resin, which hardens to give you a hollow part matching the mold.
