For those of us with bad cameras, does anyone know some free CAD software (Linux or Windows) so that we can include diagrams?

What are you CAD'ing? EAGLE is good for PCBs, while Sketchup is good for 3D objects.

Cadsoft EAGLE. Yeah, it's a schematic/PCB package. But I find it has some features that are pretty handy for drawing diagrams as well.
