But if everything is possible, isn't the state of being "impossible" impossible?

Oh, my. That is funny. :-D

It's from my About section (Orwell, incidentally)

I confess to not having read much Heinlen, but I do like

"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects."

Not really - I am, I think, aware of what you refer to, but just because I don't agree with everything someone says or thinks doesn't mean I can't appreciate his work (and I actually do agree with some (though not all) of his views.)

Seriously - I know the quote, but I don't know where from. It feels like a Heinlein quote, but that's not your style.

I've got one! Complaining is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it won't get you anywhere.

that's a good one, mind if I use it but say you wrote it, like this: Complaining is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it won't get you anywhere. -knex_lover

Sure, but I'd like to point out that I didn't come up with it. It's anonymous.
But yeah, go for it!
