Introduction: 1 Minute Microwave Salmon Quiche in a Cup
An extremely easy quiche that only takes 1 minute to cook.
Its great for any student with limited time or kitchen space.
Its also good if you want to make the most of your summer and spend your time outside, instead of cooking (not that cooking isn't fun).
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or even just a snack.
If the flavor combination isn't to your taste you could try:
Tomato, spring onion and garlic
Bacon or ham with cheese
Mushroom and onion
The combinations are endless...
Hope you enjoy!!
Step 1: Get Together Your Ingredients
For this quiche you will need:

Step 5: Combine the Egg and Milk
Crack the egg into a large microwave safe cup and pour in the milk
Step 6: Mix
Mix together the milk and egg with a fork until completely combined
Step 7: Melt the Butter
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds until runny
Step 8: Combine the Butter
Pour the butter into the eggs and milk and combine
Step 9: Season the Mixture
Add in a pinch of salt, pepper and coriander and mix together
Step 10: Add in All the Ingredients
Add all the remanding ingredients, don't worry about spreading them evenly
Step 11: Combine the Mixture
Mix all of the ingredients together
Step 12: Microwave the Quiche
Place the cup in the center of the microwave and turn the power to full
Microwave the cup for 1-2 minutes depending on how powerful your microwave is

This looks DELICIOUS! I've made the cake in a mug, but never quiche. My family loves bacon and cheese quiche, so this would make a wonderful after school snack. Great photos and step by step details. THANKS for posting this!

I am a nationwide delivery driver and it's hard to eat healthy on the road. Just having bought an electric cooler, I could use your idea to microwave food at truck stops & save money! Thanks
