Step 1: 2D Sketch
Follow the sequence and the 2D drawing to make the sketch.

Step 2: Body
Use the revolve tool to make the body.
Step 3: Leg
Use the revolve tool to make the leg and use the mirror to make the second leg.
Step 4: Arm
The same resolve tool and mirror will be needed to make the arm.
Step 5: Head
Use the revolve and mirror the antenna feature.
Step 6: Eye
Extude tool to make the eye.
