Intro: 3 Layer Bean Dip

Super easy and simple bean dip. We make this for potlucks and parties as well as for lunch or dinner.

STEP 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

8 oz. package cream cheese
16 oz. can refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Tools:

Microwave
Spatula
Microwave safe dish
Can opener

STEP 2: Layers

First layer:
   Place the cream cheese in the dish and soften in the microwave 25-35 seconds. (or more if needed)  After it is soft spread evenly in the dish

Second layer:
    Open the refried beans, and spread evenly on the first layer.

Third layer:
    Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake on high  00min   - til the cheese is melted.

STEP 3: Enjoy

made it it turned out great loved it.
but one word of cution unless you have a wide dish i would cut down the cheese by half a cup.
i made it in a microwave safe dish that i think would only be a little more narow then the one in the pic. say an inch tops.
this cused the cheese layer to be far to thick and took for ever to melt when it finally did the other layers were far to hot. but as it cooled the cheese layer solidified.
it seamed i could not get it to a point where the cheese layer was soft and the other layers were not burn your toung hot.
and do to thickness when the cheese was hard it broke every chip easily.

so you might want to use a little less cheese.

but it was still great
