Supplies

Use Methods:

1>. Switch Toggle Switch to turn ON/OFF work power supply after install 18650 battery.

2>. The buzzer emits a warning sound within 2s after power-ON.

3>. Refer to the function introduction diagram of the infrared remote controller to control and adjust the working status/speed of the intelligent car.

4>. Operating States: Forward, Backward, Turn Left, Turn Right, Left/Right Rotate in place.

5>. Adjust Speed: 5 Adjustable Speed Level. Key #1 is the slowest speed and key #5 if the fastest speed.

6>. Charge: It must turn OFF power by Toggle Switch when start to charging. Stop by Remote Controller and STOP by Turn OFF Power are different! It cannot charge the battery when it on Boot-Up State.

7>. Blue LED Indicator L1 : Power Indicator.

8>. Red LED Indicator L2 : STOP Indicator. Turn OFF when running.

9>. Red LED Indicator R : 18650 Lithium Battery Charging Indicator.

10>. Green LED Indicator G : 18650 Lithium Battery Charged Indicator.

11>. DC-005 Power Socket : Battery Charge Interface. But can not provide work power for Car.

12>. LED Indicator L1-L4 ON PCB HE006-B: LED keep Flashing in turns when Car is running and stop flashing when car is stopping. Note: LED may randomly remain ON during each pause.

Step 1: Install 1pcs SMD Components SOP-8 TP4056 Lithium Battery Charging Controller at U4

Step 2: Randomly Choose a Pad on the PCB, and Then Melt the Solder on This Pad

Step 3: Fix TP4056

Step 4: Fix Others Pads on TP4056 by Tin and Soldering Iron

Step 5: Install 6pcs 100ohm Metal Film Resistor at R4,R5,R9,R10,R13,R14

Step 6: Install 4pcs 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R1,R2,R15,R16

Step 7: Install 6pcs 51Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R3,R6,R7,R8,R11,R12

Step 8: Install 1pcs 2Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R17

Step 9: Install 1pcs DO-41 1N5819 Schottky Diode at D1

Step 10: Install 1pcs DIP-16 IC Socket at U1

Step 11: Install 2pcs DIP-8 IC Socket at U3,U5

Step 12: Determine the Positive (anode) and Negative (cathode) Leads of the LED

Step 13: Install 2pcs 3mm Red LED at L1,R; 2pcs Green LED at L2,G

Step 14: Install 1pcs TO-92 S8050 Transistor at Q1

Step 15: Install 1pcs HS0038B Infrared Receiver at U2

Step 16: Install 4pcs 10uF 16V Electrolytic Capacitor at C1,C3,C5,C6

Step 17: Install 1pcs 5V Passive Buzzer at BUZZER1

Step 18: Install 1pcs 5Pin SK12D07VG3 Toggle Switch 3mm at S1 As Power Switch

Step 19: Install 1pcs 5.5*2.1mm DC-005 Power Socket at DC1

Step 20: Install 1pcs DIP-16 STC8G1K08-38I MCU at U1

Step 21: Install 2pcs DIP-8 RZ7886 Motor Driver IC at U3,U5

Step 22: Connect 4pcs 5cm Red 24AWG Wire to ‘M1+’ to ‘M4+’

Step 23: Identify the Positive and Negative Poles of the N20 Motor

Step 24: Identify the Positive and Negative Poles for N20 Motor and PCB

Step 25: Connect Another 3pcs N20 Motor to PCB by the Same Method

Step 26: Fix N20 Motor by Fixed Bracket With M2 Screw/Nut

Step 27: Cut and Reserve About 3cm Battery Box Wires

Step 28: Connect Red Wire From 18650 Battery Box to ‘ V+ ’ Pad; Connect Black Wire From 18650 Battery Box to ‘ V- ’ Pad

Step 29: Fix 18650 Battery Box on PCB by 1pcs M3*8mm Screw and 1pcs M3 Nut

Step 30: Install 4pcs Type-D Axle Rubber Wheel on N20 Motor

Step 31: Melt As Much Tin As Possible on 4 Pads on PCB HE006-A and 4 Pads on 2 PCB HE006-C

Step 32: Pinch the PCB HE006-C With Your Hand and Align the Solder Pads

Step 33: Melt the Tin on Two Solder Pads and Fix the Two PCB by Electric Iron

Step 34: Install 4pcs 1Kohm Metal Film Resistor at R18-R21 on PCB HE006-B

Step 35: Install 1pcs 4pin Male Pin at JP1

Step 36: Install 1pcs 3mm White LED at L3; 1pcs Red LED at L4; 1pcs Green LED at L5; 1pcs Blue LED at L6

Step 37: Insert PCB HE006-B JP1 Into PCB HE006-A JP3 in Vertical
