Introduction: 3D Origami Piece

Hey there! Today I will be showing you how to make a 3D origami piece that is used for making 3D origami, which I will post later on.

Supplies

For this you are going to need a sheet of ordinary printer paper or paper the same size. Cut the paper into 32 pieces (8x4) as shown above.

Step 1:

Take one of those smaller pieces and fold it in half hotdog style. Take the folded edge and fold it downward so it meets itself in the center.

Step 2:

Flip it over and fold the bottom corners up so they align with the edge above them. Fold those two bottom flaps up, and fold the whole thing in half.

Step 3: All Finished!

Well that’s all there is to it! Now you can make 3D origami!
