Introduction: 3D Printed Screw Organizer for the IKEA Helmer Drawer
I finally fulfilled my dream a few months ago and bought 50Kg of the most used screws for my projects. For this I needed of course a good way to store them sorted. My decision was the Helmer metal box from IKEA.

Step 1:
Print the Grids. I used two for each drawer one 4x4 and one 3x4 Grid and glued them with double sided tape to the plywood.
Step 2:
Print the boxes. I used a diferent color for each screw size. And labeled them with a Brother label printer.
You can fit 48 1x1 Small boxes in one drawer.
They Stack an lock into each other so they don't slide around.
Step 3:
Sort them and feel the Maker ZEN.
Have fun Printing and sorting!
