Introduction: 3D Snowflake Trophy

I made a snowflake trophy because it is December and snow/snowflakes resembles the month of December and Christmas.

Supplies

I used Onshape to create the design of the trophy

A 3d printer with filament

A flash drive to get your .stl file so you can 3d print your design

Step 1: Draw Circle With Two 22.5 Degree Angles

Step 1.

Draw a circle with a diameter of 2.9 Inches at the origin.

Next draw a line from the center point of the circle up vertically until it reaches to the top of the circle.

Next draw another line diagonally up to the right to the circle then use the dimension tool and click on both the vertical line and the diagonal line and dimension it to 22.5 Degrees.

Next select the mirror tool and set your vertical line as your mirror line then click the diagonal line so that it would mirror to the other side.

Step 2: Draw a Design in One of the 22.5 Degree Angles

Step 2.

Copy my design on one side of the 22.5 degree angle.

After use the 3 point arc tool and click the left point of the horizontal line from the snow flake and then click the left point of the horizontal line at the bottom and then dimension the radius to 2.116 inches.

After you are done click the green checkmark to confirm the sketch.

Step 7: Extrude Snowflake
