    Question 3 years ago

Hi, I have recently switched from a Devo 10 to Jumper T12, to try and avoid the dozens of transmitters I have amassed from purchasing RTF Quads and Helis. My decision was also influenced by the number of BNF models becoming available. I am slowly coming to grips with the OpenTx on the T12, but one area is perplexing me greatly. With quads, the channels in use can be set in OpenTx and then on the FC. With flybarless helis, however, how can you work out which channels are used for arming, and flight modes. I at first thought that these would be set in the TX, which would seem to be ok for rates, and collective pitch, but with the flight modes, where you have angle mode, rate mode, etc, this info is contained in the FC, so how can I tell which channel to use, or is it just trial and error? Hope you can help me

    regards Dave.
