Introduction: 5-Minute Pocket-Sized Breakfast Pastry - From Scratch!

About: I'm an avid crafter and love to reuse old items!

This is the end to your breakfast worries! Simply stick my breakfast pastry in a container, place the container in you pocket, and you're good to go! I love the speedy preparation time and the gooey cheese-not to mention the fact that it's packed with protein!



  • microwave
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 small plate


  • 2 tbsp flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp canola oil
  • cooking spray
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice lunch meat
  • 1 slice cheese (I use American)

Step 1: Combine Flour, Salt, Oil, and Milk

Step 2: Knead Together

Step 3: Spray Bowl

Step 4: Press Dough Into Bowl As Shown and Microwave for 30 Seconds

Step 5: Add Egg and Microwave for an Additional 30 Seconds

Step 6: Add Meat and Cheese, Then Microwave for 10 Seconds

Step 7: Add Basil Garnish

Step 8: Enjoy!
