Introduction: $5 Slingshot

About: I'm a 14 year old from nebraska, I love to travel. I also love hunting, fishing, camping and just about anything else you can do outside on this great planet that the good Lord made. I like taking stuff apart …

Step 1: Stuff You'll Need

-T shaped connector
-2 threaded hook things (IDK what they are called)
-slingshot band
-zip ties
-duct tape
-paracord
-hammer
-3-4 inches of 3/4 pvc pipe

Step 2: Body

This is my first instructable BTW so I hope everything turns out alright.
Take the two threaded hook things and slide (or hammer) them onto the pipe, like so...
One on the middle pipe section and the other on one of the other two

Then you can duct tape wrap the whole thing if you want to, just leave the ends of the pipe open, and the area between the hook and the pipe.

Step 3: Bands

Put one end of the band through the hole of the hook, then bend it back over and zip tie it to itself, do this to both sides

Step 4: Finishing

Now you can put the pvc over the last remaining section of pipe, I don't have a picture for this, but you'll get it when you see the final product, you can also wrap the pvc in the paracord as that is your handle.

Now take a shorter piece of cord, 1' will work as you can always trim it, tie a knot in it and then thread the other end through the hole of the hook and then down inside the pipe, take a pair of tweezers and pull it through the other section that is holding the band. And tie a knot there two, this is an optional step but it will keep the hooks from coming out.

Congrats, you are done, it should look something like this when you are done. You can hold it pretty much however you want to, I prefer to hold it with the middle section up in the air, like this
