Introduction: Acrylic Shoe Shelf
What: Custom built acrylic shoe shelf.
Why Custom: Needed a shoe shelf that would fit my oddly shaped closet.
Why Acrylic: I have access to a laser cutter and I wanted to experiment with the material as practice for my next project.

Step 1: Sketch
Step 2: Draw Your Cuts
I used CorelDrawX5.
You can use your favorite vector based software.
I have 3 designs to make: Top Shelf, Sides (four identical), and Regular Shelves (three identical)

Step 3: Cut
I used an Epilog Helix Laser with the following settings:
Speed: 19
Power: 90
Frequency: 5000
Don't forget to make your drawing a vector!

Step 4: Assemble
Put it all together and you are done.
You may need to glue it if the fittings are loose.
