AIRSOFT SHOTGUN


this is an airsoft shotgun made from simple tools and materials.  THIS IS NOT A TOY.  THIS IS FAIRLY POWERFUL AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS WITHOUT GOGGLES OR OTHER EYE PROTECTION.  DO NOT BRANDISH THIS IN PUBLIC EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A GUN.  I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU DO THAT HURTS,KILLS ANIMALS, OR TAKES OUT EYES.  DON'T TELL ME I DIDN'T WARN YOU.   NOW TO BUSINESS.

Step 1: Materials

materials: you will need only simple materials mostly found at a local hardware stores.  

1. 4-1/2 inches of 2 inch diameter pvc pipe 
2. 2 (two) end caps for a 2 inch diameter pvc pipe
3. thin metal rod
4. drill and bit the same size of the metal rod
5. spring (THE MORE POWER THE BETTER) (I used a combination of 4 springs for power)
6. pvc cement
7. drill bit for cutting circles 2" diameter wood circles
8.1'x1'x1/4" piece of wood
9.bbs
10. hot glue gun

Step 2: Construction #1

step 1

glue pvc end cap on one side of the pvc pipe with pvc cement.

this smells bad if you've never used pvc cement but you get used to it.

Step 3: Construction #2

cut two wood circles with the circular drill bit
then glue the spring to the wood on either side. let dry. 

Step 4: Construction Step #3

hot glue the wood to the base of the cap use alot of glue. 

Step 5: Construction #4

push the spring into the back and drill a hole with the small bit right where the spring ends. 

Step 6: Firing

push the spring back into the end of the barrel then push the thin rod through the hole (i know "thats what she said") push it all the way through.  next fill the barrel with bbs (about 100) and cap the end with the other cap finally aim and PULL THE PIN!!!!!!!SHOTGUN!!

Step 7: Prank Time

go out and point blank your buddies with 100 bbs all at once OUCH
