Introduction: Almost a Tequila Sunrise: an Airplane Mini-Bottle Cocktail

About: Either nobody makes the stuff I want, or I can't find the stuff I want, or the stuff is too expensive. So, I decided to make the stuff I want. I created this profile to kind of keep track of the stuff I make. …

I don't drink much, so keeping bottles of liquor is not a cost-effective thing to do. They evaporate before I finish them. Therefore, I'm on a quest to find cocktail recipes that use those little airplane bottles of liquor.

Supplies

What you need are:

  1. An airplane mini-bottle of tequila
  2. A single-serving bottle of orange juice
  3. Something to stir with
  4. A glass

Step 1: Combine and Mix

Into your glass, pour the tequila. Then, pour in the orange juice. Stir with your stirrer of choice. Sip and enjoy.

Step 2: Was It Worth It?

At $2.50 for all the ingredients, it isn't that expensive, especially when you think of what you pay at a bar.

Effect-wise, it is about 20 minutes after drinking the cocktail, and I am feeling a nice, tizzy coctail buzz. If that is one's goal, than this definiately was worth it.
