Step 1: How to Make an Anemometer

punch 4 holes in your cup opposite each other just under the rim

Step 2: Making the Base

insert a straw through holes opposite facing.Insert another straw, making sure the straw is on top of it.

Step 3: Punching the Cups

punch two holes at halfway in four cups

Step 4: Adding Cups

stick your straw in the two holes

Step 5: Stab the Pencil

turn the cups upside and stab the pencil through the bottom

Step 6: Stab a Pin

Stab the pin through, where the two straws cross and then into the rubber of the pencil (not to hard )
