Introduction: Another Tyvek Wallet

This wallet is my own design based off another instructable. This design is a little simpler and can hold more cards.

Step 1: Materials and Tools Needed.

The best part about this project is that the only things you need is an envelope and something really sharp to cut it. The envelope I used was a USPS Priority Mail Envelope as seen Here

Step 2: Cut Off the Flap

Next we need to cut off the flap and cut it in half. We will be using the halves later to seal the ends of the wallet.

Step 3: Fold the Envelope

Now we fold the Envelope in thirds.

Step 4: Seal One End

Now we use one half of the flap to seal one end. After it is sealed, trim the excess material from the flap.

Step 5: Fold in Thirds

Using a card as a gauge, make two folds.

Step 6: Cut to Size and Seal Other End

Now, cut the excess envelope from the wallet and seal this end like the other side.

Step 7: Cut Card Slots

I chose to cut six card slots. Three in the middle section, and three in the right section. You could make more or less. Be very careful not to cut too deep or it will cut into the layers behind. I just scored very lightly till I was through the first layer.

Step 8: Finished Product!

And that's all there is to it! I hope you enjoy your USPS Tyvek wallet!
