Argyle Card

I saw this Argyle card on Pinterest that looks as if it was sewn. I didn't want to devote quite as much time so I came up with this version. I used my cricut (George cartridge) to cut the 1.5 inch diamonds from some colored scraps that I had on hand. The black banner is about 2 inches. I wrote celebrate with fabric paint and let it dry. In hindsight I would use a stamp or embossing powder for the sentiment. I would also attach the diamonds with 3M mounting tape instead of a glue stick.
