Supplies

Ingredients:

• Pork – 700 g

• Onion – 2-3 pcs

• Carrots – 2-3 pcs

• Bell pepper – 2 pcs

• Green onion, sesame seeds


For the sauce:

• Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp

• Soy sauce – 50 ml

• Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp

• Sugar – 1 tbsp

• Dried ginger – 1 tbsp

• Garlic – 4 cloves

• Black pepper – ½ tsp

• Red chili (to taste)

• Salt – 1 tsp

• Sesame – 1 tbsp

Step 1:

Salt and fry the pork until golden

Step 2:

In another pan, fry the onions, then add carrots and bell pepper.

Step 3:

Add the pork, let it simmer for a bit, then pour in the sauce and toss in green onions.

Step 4:

. Finish with sesame seeds.
