This BBQ's stir fry is delicious and nutritious. It has a an Italian flair but also maintains the smoky flavor of the grill. It's easy to prepare. Keep your stir fry colorful, as bright colored vegetables are chalk full of antioxidants as well as vitamins.

However it does require the use of a BBQ grilling pan, so if you don't have one you'll want to purchase one.

Remove steak from packaging.
Blot the meat with paper towel to remove any excess blood.
Trim any fat off the surrounding edges.
Thinly slice the meat in slices about 1/8 in.
Cut away any grizzle or fat as you slice.
Place the sliced meat in a bowl.

Step 3: Prep'ing the Veggies

Wash the vegetables and trim off stems and seeds.
Dice the vegetables in chunks.
**Broccoli florets should be blanched in boiling water for about 30 sec to 1 min (this will give them that beautiful green color).
**Remove from heat and drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking process.
**Set broccoli aside.
Place all the vegetables, except broccoli, in a large bowl.
Add 1 tbl Clubhouse Vegetable seasoning, salad dressing and 1/4 cup olive oil.

**I forgot to purchase broccoli so i have no photos. However i have included the steps.

Step 4: Pan Prep and Preheat.

A BBQ purfarated pan is required for this stir fry.
Light the BBQ to preheat on high.
Spray pan with cooking spray or coat with olive oil.
Place pan on BBQ grill to preheat.

Step 5: Grilling

Toss a few veggies in the pan to make sure it's hot enough. It should sizzle and smoke immediately.
Add the remainder of the veggies from the bowl careful not to scoop up the liquid on the bottom.
Toss the veggies and close the lid.
Turn heat to med.
Add Broccoli to remaining liquid in bowl and toss to coat .
Open lid and toss the veggies around often.
Grill about 10-15 min (depending on BBQ)
Once you see a little color add in the broccoli. (it take way less time to cook)
The veggies should have grill marks and be turning golden brown.
Scoop out the veggies to a covered dish.
Remix meat to coat with marinade oil.
Scoop the meat onto the grill pan avoiding most of the liquid.
Toss meat till starts browning but it should still have pink.
Re-add veggies and toss to reheat.
Remove from heat.
Scoop out the stir fry into the covered dish and let it rest at least 5 min.

Step 6: Serving

This stir fry will feed about 3 people if served on it's own. If your serving with a side, like rice then it will feed 4 people easily.

Enjoy!
