BJT TRANSISTOR TESTER

 

In this project we will learn to measure BJT transistors and we will know if they are in a good or bad state.

Step 1: SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM

For this project we will use only resistors and 2 led diodes that will indicate us according to the polarity of the base of the transistor N or P that will indicate if the transistor is good or bad.

Step 2: FUNCTIONING

How do we know if a transistor is bad inside a damaged electronic card? This project will allow us to know what state it is in, it can be short-circuited and open, for which we will have a button for each transistor model in NPN or PNP and know the correct measurement, we will no longer use the multimeter because for many people it is makes the measurement difficult so we will do it through this PCB.
