Introduction: Babies Keepsake Box

About: I run a small workshop out of my basement, doing mostly custom coffee tables. If you're interested in any of my stuff just shoot me a message I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have.

I wanted to do an instructable that was just a video, just to see how it went and the process of making it itself.

But a little about this video, its for a babies keepsake box, I started making boxes like these for all my relatives that keep having children, as a place for them to put small items that relate to their child, and eventually when they're old enough they could use the box is a jewelry box or just a catch all box.

Tools needed

Table saw

Chop saw

clamps

router

orbital sander

glue

spray shellack

I tried to keep it simple and explain what I was doing and why I was doing it, but I'd really like some feedback on it. If you have any questions about what I did, a tool or jig I used, just ask and I'll be happy to answer
