Step 1: First Things First
Fry up that bacon. Mmmm. Bacon.
Then chop it up into the tiniest bits you can. Mmmm. Bacon bits.

Step 2: Chop the Veggies
Same as the bacon, chop all your veggies into itty bitty bits.
Step 3: Mix It Up
Mix all of the chopped ingredients in equal amounts in a large bowl.
Season with some seasoned salt (I used lawrys)
Mix it all together and let it sit for about half an hour to develop the flavor.

Step 4: Assemble Your Won Tons!
Now, there are several ways you can fold a won ton, which I outline in my Five Ways to Fry a Won Ton instructable.
To keep it simple, simply place a tablespoon of your filling on the wrapper, then fold it over diagonally. Press all the edges to seal the wonton.

Step 5: Fry Your Won Tons!
Fry em up! I fried mine in oil on medium-high on my stove, for about 1-2 minutes per side.
Make sure to flip them halfway through if you are cooking them on the stove.

Enjoy! You now have delicious bacon won tons to enjoy with a meal or on their own.
Or, as I usually do, as a meal themselves. YUM!
