Introduction: Baked on the Grill Brownies With Strawberries Dessert
From Cooking-Outdoors.com
Step 1: Step 1
Step 2: Step 2
Mix the your brownie mix per the package instructions or make from scratch. I used Bob’s Red Mill Brownie Mix, pour half of brownie mixture into each oiled baking tray.
Step 3: Step 3
Step 4: Step 4
Bake for approximately 15 minutes depending on your heat output. I started checking my brownies at the 10 minute mark with a toothpick inserted into the center.
If it comes out wet = not done!
Let cool and trim to plate size if required.
Step 5: Step 5
Wash and cut your fresh strawberries to size. I sliced them to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 6: Step 6
Now it’s time to slather on some whipping cream and strawberries!
Using one layer of brownies spread whipping cream, strawberries, then whipping cream.
Step 7: Step 7
Add the final brownie and repeat!
Sprinkle with some chocolate shavings for added yumminess!
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did … I ate way to much!

This is too cool! I'm going to try this with Trader Joe's gluten free next time we have a grill night. I never thought to put brownies on the grill. Thanks for the cool share!

Thanks ever so much! If I can cook it on the grill, then it is man food, regardless if it is a brownie dessert! I have in my grilling inventory: pizza, fruit (bananas, pears, etc.) , regular grilling meats, and now I have brownies. Next, I need to figure out a bar drink, but that might be a little hard to accomplish.

This looks absolutely incredible. I love that you cooked it on the grill! My oven has been broken for a while now and I have a nice big grill...I want to experiment more with items that would have been baked in an oven, on there. Have you made many other things this way? :) Any tips? Thanks for this incredible imagery - my taste buds are craving it now!!! Your photo is stunning.
