Step 1: Gather the Ingrediants

1 box Jello brand instant banana pudding
2 eggs
3 overly ripe bananas
8 teaspoons (1 stick) of butter
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1&1/4 cup of flour

Step 2: Make the Banana Bread

Cream the sugar and the butter with an electric mixer.

Step 3:

After you mix the sugar and butter, on medium speed, crack open and add two eggs to the mix!!!

Step 4:

Here comes the fun part!!!  Now you MUST smash the bananas with your bare hands!!!(wash your hands first)  Then add the smashed bananas to the mixture.

Step 5:

Ok now you should add baking soda, flour, cinnamon, and the vanilla extract into the mix if you want this banana bread to come out right.  Mix thouroghly, the dough will be sticky!!!

Step 6:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Oil and flour a 9x5x3 inch pan, or if you're lazy like us you could just use some Pam spray and simply spray the pan.  Pour the dough into pan and bake for about an hour or untill the center is brown and set, or until done.  It should look like this!!!

Step 7: Puttin in the Puddin

Now you make the pudding.  We used Jello instant pudding for the filling, you can use your own pudding recipe if you like.

Step 8:

Then you cut a hole in the top of the banana bread, try to keep the top intact, you're going to need it later.  Then dig out some of the bread to make a hole as shown below.

Step 9: Filling in the Bread

Now fill in the hole with the banana pudding you recently made.

Step 10:

Finally you put the top of the bread back on over the pudding.  Refrigerate before serving so the pudding wont spill out.
