Introduction: Bean Free Extra Garlic Hummus

Try this for yourself it is bean and gluten free. No ingredients are hard to get, I live 60 miles form a source of Tahini. Be warned this is not for those with a passing appreciation of garlic, however you can reduce the amount to fit your taste.

Step 1:

You will need the following:

6 olives pitted
5 teaspoons olive oil
5 teaspoons lemon juice
1 heaping teaspoon brown rice powder (optional, just provides appropriate protein)
1/3 cup chashews
1 entire bunch Garlic pealed
1 can yellow hominy

Step 2:

Blend or process all ingredients except Hominy until smooth, then add Hominy and again blend until smooth. P. S you don't have to use an antique blender.
