Introduction: Best Ever Pho Keto Version

This is my amazing and favorite best ever pho recipe it's easy band amazing soft and delicious broth

Step 1: Ingredientes

1.5 lb beef bones
1 TBS salt
1 TBS Monk fruit
Piece of cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 anise Star
2 cardamom pods
1 tsp cilantro seeds
1 1/2 onion
1 piece of ginger
1/4 small apple


1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce

First step
Roast beef bones about 30 min 180 c

Step 2: Getting Ready

First step toast onion,ginger,apple until have a nice and brown color
Take out off stove and put cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, pepper,anise start, cardanom about 2 minutes until toast a little bit
Add roasted bones, soy sauce ,fish sauce ,salt, monk fruit and 4-5 litters water
And let them cook about an hour

Step 3: Almost Done

After one hour cooking time to strain all this beautiful broth
And back to the stove about 10 min medium low

Step 4: Zucchini Noodles

This is my keto version So I used zucchini noodles just i cut them on my spiralizer and cook about 3 to 4 minutes on just water and put on the plate do not overcooking

Step 5: Finally Done

Well enjoy your creativity. Put some tofu on top , green onions, parsley and hot hot broth and squize off lemon enjoy! You can use some beef too

You can freeze cup by cup and you have your broth always 😎 you can freeze about 6 months
