Introduction: Big Vs Small Paper Boat

Comparing two boats of different sizes made with paper.

The big paper boat is 5 times larger than the small paper boat.

Supplies

1. A square paper sheet of 20 *20 centimeters.

2. A square paper sheet of 4*4 centimeters.

Step 1:

Take the paper sheet of larger dimensions.

Step 2:

Fold it into half as shown in figure.

Step 3:

Again fold the paper into half as shown in the figure.

Step 4:

You get four leaflets . Fold one leaflet to one side and another three to another side

Step 5:

Expand the hole that is formed between the leaflets to get a rhombus shape as shown

Step 6:

Pull the top paper folds to get the boat

Step 7:

Take the small paper sheet of 4*4 centimeters.

Step 8:

Follow the same steps mentioned for previous boat

Step 9:

Place the two boats side by side to know the difference between sizes.
