Introduction: Bike Working Stand - Bangladesh
A good bike work stand makes cleaning, maintaining, and repairing your bike exponentially easier. Commercial models start at about $150 (around 12,000 BDT) and a really good one can be as much as $275 (around 20,000 BDT). But if I can make this within less than $15(around 1300 BDT), what do you say…!

Very innovative, which is what I expected from Bangladesh. Thanks for sharing.

This is a pretty alternative way to make most bike stands I have seen. Good work!

I wish I had a bike like that when i was in Dhaka. those heavy bikes are awfully hard to ride!

This bike is not so heavy. Around 12-15 kg. Now Dhaka as well as Bangladesh have a good number of high end bikes.

Great Instructable. I may have to modify my stand. I really like the innovative design where you replace the seat post to hold the bike rather than using a clamp. This would be especially good for a carbon bike. I wonder if there is a way to cheaply do this for multiple diameters or make some kind of adapter so I could easily fit different bikes quickly. Any ideas?

Thanks for your comment.
Ya, I am thinking about multiple diameter. Hope, will find that idea too. :)
