Make your own mini fried eggs

disposable syringe,
two bowls,
spoon,
non-stick cooking spray

Step 1: Prepare Your Materials
You will need:
eggs,
disposable syringe,
two bowls,
spoon,
non-stick cooking spray

Step 2: Separate the Yolk and the White
Crack the egg and separate the white in a bowl.
Step 3: Remove the Yolk Membrane
Use a different bowl to save the yolk.
Carefully take the top of the yolk with your fingers.
Pinch the bottom and hold the membrane.
Discard the membrane.

Step 4: Cooking the Egg White
Cooking the egg white:
Here you can do with a pan, but I am using a microwave for simplicity.
Spray a flat plate with non-stick cooking oil
Pour the egg white
Microwave for 15 seconds in medium power and check
Repeat until egg white is solid (not runny)

Step 5: Thickening the Yolk
Microwave the yolk 5 seconds in medium power.
Stir with a spoon.
Repeat the microwave process until the yolk has thickened to a paste. (2-3 times)
Set aside.

Step 6: Prepare Your Syringe
Fill the syringe with the yolk.
If the yolk is runny, microwave 5 more seconds.
If the yolk is too solid, add a few drops of water and stir.
Discharge the syringe to homogenize the yolk.
Fill syringe again.
If the yolk is runny, microwave 5 more seconds.

Step 7: Cut the Egg White
Use the cookie cutters or the knife to cut the egg white.
You can cut rounds, squares, triangles, stars, etc.
Use the yolk from the syringe to cover the center of each piece.
(The yolk can also be shaped round, square, etc.)
You're done. Mini fried eggs!
