Introduction: Blueberry Muffin Recipe

50grams butter - softened

30-40grams sugar

1 egg

40ml milk (any kind)

80grams flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

50 grams topping

Step 1: Butter and Sugar

soften butter (preferably room temperature) and mix with sugar until combined and fluffy

Step 2: Egg

add whisked egg in separately, whisking between each time

best to preheat oven to 180C here

Step 3: Flour

add flour in alternating with milk in 3 goes starting and ending with flour

Step 4: Milk

pour milk in alternating with sifted flour in 2 goes

Step 5: Toppings

add in 50 grams of your topping (in this case blueberries) and mix with a spatula

Step 6: Baking

spoon into muffin container and put into oven for 20-25 minutes

Step 7: Finished :)
