If you want to make a sweet treat after school that is safe and does not need a ton of ingredients, this is for you. This recipe uses a microwave to bake the brownie and it only takes a couple of minutes. I hope you have fun making this.

Step 1: Oil the Mugs

Step 3: Adding the Wet Ingredients
Add in 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Step 4: Mix Everything Together
Stir together with a whisk. Equally divide the batter into 2 mugs
Step 5: Add Peanut Butter
If you want, you can put a little scoop of peanut butter in the middle of the dough in each cup.
Step 6: Add Chocolate Chips
Sprinkle a little handful of chocolate chips on top of both of the cups.
Step 7: Microwave
Put both mugs in the microwave for 45 seconds. Cook for 45 seconds more.
Step 8: Enjoy
Eat it.
Step 9: Final Reflection
I really liked making this. I plan on making this again, but I don't know if I would add the peanut butter again. It is a safe snack for different ages to make, with no parents needing to watch. Something I would suggest would be to double the recipe if making for 2 people. This was not quite enough.
