Bubinga and Lacewood Desk

Several years prior to this, my dad and I build a futon frame for my bedroom out of an African rosewood called Bubinga, and another african wood called lacewood. We loved the combo of the two woods so much, we had to make another piece of furniture with them! We decided to make this shaker style desk using the same motifs from the futon frame.

This is really beautiful, and your 'ible is very clear and straightforward. The lacewood, I think, is even prettier than the bubinga, but that's a free opinion and worth exactly what it cost. Very nice 'ible, Sam, and I've enjoyed your others as well.
