Introduction: Buffalo Sauce
Buffalo sauce is a popular hot sauce for spicing up your dishes to make it extra special. It is a simple recipe for making it at home.
Step 1: Ingredients List
Unsalted Butter - 25g
Frank's Hot Sauce - 6 TBSP
Worcestershire sauce - ½ tsp
Cayenne Pepper - ½ tsp
Step 2: Make the Sauce
Melt unsalted butter in a pan.
Add Frank’s hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Cayenne pepper to butter and mix well.
Bring the mixture to boil so that everything is well combined.
Step 3: Taste and Store
Now give it a taste and make your own adjustment. For instance, I sometimes add little salt to make it less tangy. You can add extra cayenne pepper to make it more hot……..just a thought!
Keep the sauce in a clean sterilised jar in the refrigerator and it will stay good for at least 1 month. Whenever you need to use the sauce, just put it in the microwave for few seconds.
