Hi!

I am trying to build this horse for my new born so he can use it when he is older, I will use Baltic Plywood or Birch, however I cannot for the life of me see what the measurements are, can you please help? I do not mind if I get them in inches or centimeters...I would really appreciate the assistance

Hi,

I made it this weeken - I used 28 mm thick piedroit for all parts, but first resized the horse to 75 %, because the original size seemed to me to be too big for my 10 month old son. I added also the seat back, eyes and I stuck a strip of felt to the bottom. No screw is used at all, only glued dowel joints.

The horse is beautiful and my son is screaming with happiness. Thank you very much for such a beautiful instructable and best regards from Prague/Czech!

This is really awesome. I've been wanting to make one of these for my son, but I'm planning on doing a dragon instead of a horse. This gives me some good ideas.
