Intro: Burrito Recipe

This is a recipe I have recently developed in a try to easily make a tasty meal.

I use this recipe for lunch evening and sometimes even for breakfast ;)

STEP 1: Watch Video

STEP 2: Ingridients

For this recipe you will need:

0.5 kilo mince (I use beef).

1 carrot

1 pepper

1 onion

3 garlic cloves

Paprika

Powdered garlic

Hot sauce (optional)

Olive oil

Chili sauce

Salt

Pepper

STEP 3: Cutting

Cut the onion and cloves into small pieces.

Repeat with the carrot and the pepper.

Keep the onions and cloves separated from the pepper and the carrot. (you should have two mixtures: onion-cloves and pepper-carrot).

STEP 4: Frying

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a deep pan and heat it up. (you can check if the pan is hot by throwing an onion piece into it, if the pan is hot enough the onion will make a "tssssss" noise).

When the pan is hot add the onion and the cloves to it and mix until they become brownish-golden.

Add the pepper and the carrot and mix for another 4-5 minutes.

Add the mince and from now on press it against the pan to break it down (I recommend doing this step with a wooden spoon and not with other tools).

STEP 5: Seasoning

Add:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 Spoon of chili sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Keep mixing until the meat changes its color to brown.

STEP 6: Making the Burrito

First, heat up the burrito on a pan or for 10 seconds in the microwave.

Then these are my 2 favorite choices:

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce and 2 teaspoons of tahini, then place 2 spoons of meat in the middle and roll.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of sweet chili sauce and then the meat.

STEP 7: Rolling the Burrito

Steps to roll the burrito:

  1. Put about 2 tablespoon of meat in the middle.
  2. Fold almost into half.
  3. Fold the bottom towards the top.
  4. Roll left.

STEP 8: That's It

Enjoy you meal!!!!

I will happily answer any questions and would love to read about suggestions for the recipe.
