Intro: DIY CUTTING HEAD FOR DRILLING MACHINE

Today I will give you a simple tip to convert your darling machine in to a cutting machine.

This is a DIY solution.try only with necessary safety equipments.

STEP 1: Parts You Need

For this DIY you will need

(i am using Indian standards)

1) 13mm nut & bolt (M8 size)

2) Two metal washers (M10 size , 20mm dia)

3) A cutting discs 105x1x16mm

4) Two 13mm spanner

STEP 2:

sandwich the cutting disk with two metal washers

STEP 3:

Take the bolt and pass it through the metal washers and cutting disk

STEP 4:

Take the nut and tight it up

STEP 5:

Alien the metal washers,cutting disk, bolt and nut in same axis

STEP 6:

Tight the nut with spanners or wrench

STEP 7: Moment of Truth

Your own DIY cutting tool is ready for action.fix it on the darling machine and start cutting

My first job out of high in 1992 used make us use this exact tool all the time because they were to cheap to buy anything new when tools died... Worked awesome though lol.

You are kidding, right? That's going to maim someone.

DO NOT DO THIS.

Buy an angle grinder (they're cheap enough these days). Even with the correct tool, still be extremely careful.

i know it's dangerous. It’s just a life hack tool just for
$1 or less. may be helpful for someone can’t afford an $15 angle grinder
