Can Assister

The Can Assister is a 3D printed device that makes it possible to use a manual can opener with only one hand.

Step 1:

Place the can assister on a flat surface.

Step 2:

Place a can in the circular sleeve.

Step 3:

Clamp the wedge of the can opener onto the can.

Step 4:

Slide the levers of the can opener into the can assister's arm.

Step 5:

Put slight pressure on the platform opposite the arm of the can assister.

Step 6:

Turn the handle on the can opener until the lid of the can is no longer attached.

Step 7:

Remove the levers of the can opener from the arm of the can assister. Remove the can opener and lid of the can.

Step 8:

Remove can from can assister's cup and enjoy!
