Introduction: Cardboard Box Lamp
Hello!
Just happened to order a coffee mug online and was quite taken by the lovely compact box it came in. Somehow, I had to reuse that box. So I came up with this idea.

Step 1: Items Required
1. A firm cardboard box sufficiently big to house a 0 watt bulb without any of the sides getting too close to the bulb.
2. A 0 watt bulb
3. A metre long electrical wire.
4. Butter Paper/Parchment Paper
5. Interesting wrapping paper

Step 2:
Decide the area on each side that you would like to transmit light. As you see in the pictures, I've created a square frame and cut the inside square. Repeat the process for all the sides except one. This side will be used to hold the bulb in place.
Step 3: Positioning the Bulb
This step is very critical because this will decide how heat resistant your lamp will be. Create a hole right in the center of the uncut side of the box and position the bulb through that. (That can be one of the 4 vertical sides or the bottom)
It's important that the hole is just big enough to fit the bulb holder. You don't want the bulb to hang loose inside the box. I got it done from a professional so I suggest you do too.

Step 4: Pasting the Parchment Paper
Cover the sides with parchment paper. Don't worry about the glue showing on the sides. Once it dries out, the paper sticks beautifully to the box. See pictures to get the idea.
