How to make cheap Selfie light from 20 W Tubelight

Supplies

1. Soldering Iron

2. Fevi-quick

3. Plastic

4. Hacksaw blade

5. Wires for joining

6. Double-side Stickers

Step 1: Take 20W Tubelight With Measuring Tape

First Take 20W Tubelight and Measuring Tape

Step 2: Measure the Length in Cms

Measure Tubelight in Cms. Here my tubelight length is 118 cms

Now Divide into 4 pieces ,Mark in Tubelight with Marker

=118/4

= 29.5 cms

Step 3: Remove Side Protective Cover

Use screw driver and gentle push the nob

the Side cover fall off.

Use same technique in opposite side too.

Step 4: Desoldering the LED Wire

Caution: Remove the Plug and wait for 10min until all current in capacitor looses.

Now Desoldering + terminal and - terminal of LED strip.

Step 5: Remove Top Cover and Inner Circuit

Slide of Top cover and separate from base.

then pull LED + wire and get the circuit.

keep it separate for final sodering

Step 6: Cut Down

1. Cut down both bottom holder and top protective Plastic into 29.5 cms

2. Scrub the LED strip and make sure Copper easily visible from all 4 pieces.

3. use wires and soldering the wires similar to original layout.

4. soldering both ends

5. Add LED driver circuit solder + LED terminal and - Led terminal similar like original Wiring

Step 7: Final Arrangement

1. After careful soldering of all 4 pieces.

2. arrange like rectangle.

3. use Fevi-quick and paste backside some plastic for support.

4. use 45 degree L angle plastic for support all 4 corners inside of Selfie light.

Step 8: Final Test: Selfie Photo Taken With Room Light
