Just buy a strip of these Hitlights LED Green Lighting Strip, 300 LEDs, 3528 Type SMD, 5 Meter or 16.4 Ft, 12 Volt, 24 Watt for about $14 shipped.
Step 1: Hangem Up
Just use a stable gun, carefully not to pierce the strip.
Step 2: Attached a Power Source
Both sides have power input. I used a 9V AC adapter. Even though its 12V that worked.
