Introduction: Cheat Cheap Frame

I have this projects because when I print a picture I always have a hard time to choose the frame I want to put it in and some are really expensive so I figured I could make a cheap frame and made by myself so that I know what I want.

Materials and tools: 1 Decorated duck tape roll, big piece of Cardboard, 2 wall pins, 1 bottle of strong glue, 1 ft of string, 1 exacto knife.

Step 1: Step 1: Cutting and Decorating Base

Get your materials ready and start deciding which size of picture do you want your frame to hold. Start cutting the cardboard to the size you need but with about 1 inch bigger on every side in order to have the borders you want. Once you cut the cardboard, decorate (optional) the front so that it looks nice and neat.

Step 2: Step 2: Apply Strings

Then once you are done, make two holes on the top in order to apply the string that you need to be able to hang the pictures and insert the string and tie it making a knut and/or put glue on it if it works better for you or if it necessary for a better hold.

Step 3: Step 3: Borders

Once you have the string in a firm grab, cut cardboard 1 inch thick and the same length as your base decorated cardboard has according to the four sides then decorate the borders (necessary for a good look) and glue three of them firmly and leave the last one.

Step 4: Step 4: Final Step

Then for the last border, use wall pins to apply them to the cardboard in order to have a removable way to place the pictures and once you have that, you are prepared to put a picture of your choice by removing the removable border you chose and then closing it so that you are able to hang a picture from the string.
