Introduction: Chick Pea Salad

Its getting hot out, time for a cool meal of chick pea salad.

This is a quick meal that takes 15 minutes to prepare, I serve with bread and a little hummus on the side.

Step 1: Ingredients

1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 tomatoes
2 cans of chick peas
olive oil
cavenders greek all spice or salt and pepper.
1 clove garlic
1 lemon

optional: feta

Step 2: Dice the Tomatoes

Dice the tomatoes

Step 3: Chop the Green Pepper

Step 4: Chop the Yellow Pepper

Step 5: Chick Peas

Drain and rinse the chick peas.

Add all the chopped ingredients in to a bowl.

Step 6: Garlic

I use a garlic press and add it to the bowl.

Step 7: Lemon

Add the juice of one lemon to the bowl

Step 8: Spice, Oil and Mix

Now add some spices, I like Cavenders Greek All-spice, add a small amount of olive oil ( a couple of table spoons) and mix.

Step 9: Sprinkle With Feta

sprinkle a bit of feta on top.

Step 10: Serve

time to enjoy the fruits, err chick peas of your labor.
