Introduction: Chicken Biryani

Biriyani is a mixed rice food. Biryani is a favorite food of South Asian people. As it is a spicy dish, it is both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. So let's see how to make it..

Supplies

Ingrediants:

  • Fragrant rice/polao rice 250 g
  • Chicken 100 g
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Pepper 3 pcs,
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Potato
  • Sour yogurt 10 g
  • Salt as taste
  • Biryani masala 1.5 tsp

Paste

  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Shahi jeera 1.5 tsp
  • Joyful 1 g
  • Bell pepper 10 pcs
  • Nutmeg 1g
  • Ginger,Gerlic 2 tsp

Decoration

  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Lemon
  • Cucumber

Step 1: Cut,cut and Cut

First we have to peel the potato well and cut the potato into pieces. Now keep the pieces to one side.

Similarly peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces as shown in the picture

Step 2: Frying

Now put enough oil in a pan and add onion in it. The onion should be fried slowly and when the color of the onion turns brown, the oven should be switched off. And keep the onion aside.

Step 3: Mixing

when the pan in which I fried the onion is cool, add meat, oil, masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, sour curd, potato, green chilli, biryani masala and salt to taste. And mix it well

Step 4: Chicken Cook

Place the masala mixced meat in the stove and cover with a lid for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, lift the lid and stir a little. Be careful not to stick to the pot. Then add 1 cup of water. So that the meat and potatoes are cooked well.

Step 5: Rice Mix With Chicken

When meat is cooked and oil separates, add rice. Mix the rice with the meat well for 5 minutes. Then add 2.5 cups of water. Cover with a lid when the water starts boiling. After 25 minutes open the lid and you will see your Biryani is ready.

Step 6: Serving

When the biryani is ready, spread ghee, kewra water around it and decorate your plate with cucumber and lemon.
